Chris Labita

Christopher Labita is the AVP of Business Development Operations for FourLeaf.

In this role, he is responsible for:

• Managing Business Development’s new loan and account openings
• Managing all back-office functions including consumer loan applications, consumer loan funding, mortgage, BIS, and Insurance Agency of FourLeaf tracking
• Maintaining and active calling plan for new Corporate Business Partners
• Serving as a liaison between all other departments to offer updates on projects in process
• Supporting Business Development’s digital needs with the new charter expansion
• Overseeing operational activity, staff development, and achievement of service goals

Chris believes that substantial growth for the Business Development team is attainable by further exploring their digital capabilities. Through the use of these online initiatives, we can reach companies across the country and help educate them on the value of banking with FourLeaf.
